John Ulonka | January 21, 2010

Chocolate fondue is elegantly served in chocolate fountains. The structure of a chocolate “waterfall” is created from tiers of metal stacked one on high of the other over a heating basin. The chocolate then flows down to the tiers where they will be used to dip food things like bananas, strawberries, marshmallows in.
